Guarantee departure/price
The contrasting experiences of Africa should surprise you, but not the cost of your trip! Unlike most companies, who will hike price or cancel the trip altogether, RawTrekk Safaris guarantees departure for any confirmed Kenya safari as long as we have received deposits.
Our safaris depart with a minimum of 4 participants; however, arrangements can also be made for less than 4 participants. We also offer to ‘share’ safaris – if your party consists of less than 4 participants and you would like to share transport, please let us know and we will advise you about available spaces on booked safaris.
Customer care
To have the best safari experience possible, you require well-oriented customer care people. All our staff members are hand-picked for their Kenya safari knowledge and experiences and are well trained in customer service, care and safety.
Vehicles and driver-guides
The vehicles we use are either safari minibuses with pop-up roofs, which are ideal for game viewing and photography, or 4x4 land Rovers/Cruisers, which are ideal for touring. All are well maintained to provide maximum level of comfort and safety; window-seats are guaranteed for each passenger in the safari minibuses. Each of the vehicles is equipped with the newest state-of-the-art technology, VHF radio communication is fitted to help us get in touch with each driver/guide any time at any location.
We provide professional guides and tour managers who speak English and really know and love their country. They are very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna found here and contribute a great deal to the success of your Kenya safari. Your driver-guide will accompany you throughout your tour. Other foreign language speaking guides can be provided on request.
